Trident Supply LLC may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, by updating the content of this site.  Any changes made on the site will be effective immediately.  Please access this page occasionally for changes.  Changes on the Terms and Conditions will be dated at the top of this page.  Terms and Conditions may be superseded by notices and agreements posted on the site.  Products will be priced according to current market conditions.  Trident supply LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order. The prices do not include applicable federal, state, and local taxes, or any elective charges and duties such as special delivery options.  It is your responsibility to obey all local, state, federal and international laws.

Trident Supply LLC strives to achieve accuracy throughout this site.  However we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, Including but not limited to prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services.  Trident supply reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without any notice (including after your order has been submitted).  Trident Supply LLC cannot guarantee the availability of any product listed on this site.  Products and services are the responsibility of the manufacturer or provider of those services and are covered by the warranties of the manufacturer and providers.  Pricing, Shipping and Handling charges are subject to change without notice.
Order details and changes
Trident Supply LLC reserves the right to adjust orders that have been placed.  Please view your order detail status for accuracy.  An email link will be provided to view your order details status.  Additionally, you can login to Trident Supply LLC and view the status of your order.  No additional emails will be sent upon changes to the order. It is your responsibility to view order details before shipment has been made.  Changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.  If you disagree with details of the orders and need to make changes to the order you must notify Trident Supply LLC immediately.  All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order placement Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard time.  All changes will be posted on the order details status page prior to shipping.
Shipping and returns.  
Returns are only accepted as a result of an order processing error by Trident Supply LLC or if the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non – refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The purchased item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt date of the damaged item(s) or they will not be accepted. Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. Information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Trident Supply LLC is not liable for late or lost deliveries. All shipping charges are estimates and may be changed at a later time if necessary. In addition you can view your shipping status via online order details to check the tracking and information about your package when available.
Products may be substituted and may not be identical to catalog or website published descriptions and/or images.
All product order cancellations must be approved by Trident supply LLC, and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges.
Force Majeure
Trident supply LLC will  not be liable for any delay in, or impairment of, performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, acts of war, acts of terrorism, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, epidemics, quarantines, shortages, communication or power failures, fire, accident, explosion, inability to obtain or ship product or obtain permits and licenses failure to obtain supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of  Trident supply LLC in the conduct of its business.
